Official rules
No purchase or policy creation is required to be entered.
1. Who can enter
You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Entry period
The giveaway runs from October 15, 2026 through January 1, 2027.
3. How to enter
Book a call with a licensed agent through the giveaway page to review your health insurance options. The call must be booked and completed for your entry to be registered. A completed call earns 1 entry.
No purchase or policy creation is required to be entered.
You can earn additional entries:
- Signing up for a policy with one of our agents earns 1 entry.
- Signing up for a policy online through the Self Service Portal earns 2 entries.
- Each friend who signs up for a policy after using your personal referral link earns you 1 extra entry.
Entries from these methods add together.
4. Drawings
Winners are selected at random from the eligible entries held at the time of each drawing. An entry stays eligible for the drawings in later weeks. A person may win one weekly prize at most and remains eligible for the referral prizes and the grand prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and how many of them a person holds.
Referral prizes are drawn among entrants whose personal referral link was used by another person who then signed up for a policy, with one chance per person referred.
5. Prizes
Values shown are approximate retail values.

The winner is responsible for all taxes on any prize.
6. Notifying winners
Winners are contacted at the phone number and email they entered with. If a winner cannot be reached or is found not to be eligible, another winner may be drawn for that prize.
7. Publicity release
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Pro Health Partners may use their first name, last initial, city and state, likeness, and any statements they make about the giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or permission, except where prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of liability
By entering, you agree to release Pro Health Partners, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising from taking part in the giveaway or from accepting, using, or misusing any prize. Pro Health Partners is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; for technical problems with websites, phone lines, or scheduling tools; or for any error in running the giveaway. Prizes are awarded as is, with no warranty of any kind. Pro Health Partners may cancel, suspend, or change the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or anything else outside its control affects it being run fairly.
9. Governing law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Pro Health Partners has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
